Pina Colada

2 oz. gold rum
2 oz. cream of coconut
4 oz. pineapple juice
pineapple stick
Maraschino cherry

Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and pour into a chilled Collins glass. Garnish with pineapple stick and Maraschino cherry
